Headfirst has been a place where I have been able to grow professionally through various roles within the organization. Starting as a seasonal employee, I hoped to one day earn a full-time position with Headfirst. The support and encouragement I received from everyone I came in contact with at Headfirst gave me the tools necessary to be successful in my seasonal roles and helped me accomplish my goal of being a full-time employee at Headfirst. From here, I hope to have as great of an impact on my coworkers and the campers I work with as they have had on me.
