I love how KI Concerts cares so much about making every tour special and exceptional.

Headfirst’s leadership squeezed me into an Honor Roll Camp as a rising junior in high school and I am forever grateful. I met lifelong mentors in the process and after a tremendously productive summer at Headfirst’s headquarters as an intern, there is nowhere I would rather return to; Headfirst’s culture is second to none. I love coming to work knowing that I will be part of a driven, collaborative, and perceptive team aiming to deliver life-changing experiences to campers and student-athletes.

Headfirst provides an unparalleled professional opportunity to make a direct impact, and that level of care is on par with the camaraderie at Headfirst HQ! It’s better to show up to work every day when you are truly working as part of a team.

As soon as I walked into the Headfirst office, the energy, drive, and passion of each person here was astounding. I knew I wanted to do something to give back and better the lives of others, but I also wanted to work alongside genuine and passionate people. Headfirst encompasses all of this, making it a unique workplace and the perfect fit! I now have the privilege of not only inspiring the personal best in the youth we work with, but of having others push me to achieve my personal best as well.

Headfirst is the trifecta of passionate people, child-centered innovation, and infectious positivity. As a former teacher, and lifelong advocate for child development, I am continually impressed by Headfirst’s mission to foster success for each child socially, emotionally, and physically throughout their daily explorations. In my development as a performer and athlete, camp played a fundamental role in building my confidence and skill acquisition.  Similarly, Headfirst’s programs inspire young people to take risks, dream big, and be the compassionate leaders we need in our world; to be a part of the magic is truly extraordinary.

I’ve had the opportunity to see Headfirst from multiple angles, both on the client side and on the employee side. In everything I have experienced they always do things the right way and treat everyone involved with the utmost respect and dignity.

From the countless number of recruitment camps I attended,
there’s only one that I remember. At Headfirst, we look to
impact every single student/family positively in some way.
We’re in the business of exceeding expectations and
ensuring everyone feels they got more than they could have
imagined. I knew I wanted to be a part of an organization
that was truly making a difference.

Headfirst allows me to take pride in delivering tours that are at the top level of excellence, create meaningful long-term client relationships, and make travel accessible for everyone in order to help broaden their understanding of the world. I love working in the collaborative team culture here, where individuals feel empowered in their work ability to offer life changing opportunities to our clients. Passion for travel began at a young age, when the tooth fairy would leave a coin from a different country under my pillow, and my father would then take me to a world map to discover which country it was from and tell me about what life was like there. Similarly, music and a curiosity for learning were instilled in me at a young age. I grew up on a small organic farm before that was “cool” and maintain a love of nature, animals and good food.

The Headfirst Companies not only create a positive environment for campers to learn and grow but also foster a workplace environment that encourages their employees to do the same.  I am very excited to be a part of a team that creates and provides such amazing camp experiences for every type of kid with any kinds of interests.

Like St Augustine, I believe that “the world is a book and the person who does not travel reads only one page”. I also believe that a journey is something done alone while an adventure is shared. Throughout the majority my career as a touring stage manager and a producer with the USO, I have had the great pleasure of leading others around the world on amazing adventures, and I am thrilled to continue this work with KI Concerts.
