After you’re hired and camp has started, your Site Director is your main point of contact for last-minute changes, updates, and questions.

To access your SD contact info, you must have been added to When I Work by the Talent Team.

  • Receive your invite & register
  • Click “More” (3 dots, lower right corner)
  • Click “Documents

Close to the first week of work, your site contact info will be added. This info sheet also includes links to the FAQs and the payroll schedule.

After camp starts, emailing Talent or calling the Headfirst Talent Line is not the most efficient way to get in touch with your site team. Please go direct!

Do not send schedule or update messages in WhenIWork app – they do not make it to your site director or Talent. (They link to an admin account.)

Throughout the interviewing and hiring process, we ask for open communication regarding your interest and weekly availability.

Should your availability change substantially from the dates listed in your offer letter, it may impact scheduling in the weeks surrounding the change.

While not a guarantee, the sooner you are able to inform the Talent Department of the change, the more likely it will be that staffing adjustments can be made which minimize this impact.

If at any point the dates you can work change, we ask that you submit a Schedule Update Request Form, found here.

You’ll use your WhenIWork (WIW) ID to clock in and out daily on the camp iPad. This is generated by Headfirst and assigned to you. After you are invited to the workplace, you’ll find it in your profile.

In the app, go to Menu > Profile & Settings > Employee ID.

  • Android: located under your name
  • iOS: located below your name, email, phone

>> Click here for the WIW FAQ with screenshots.

If you do not see an ID in your profile, you can clock in/out with your email. But the WIW ID is faster!
