Our training dates are vital to your success this summer, so please mark your calendar accordingly. All team members should attend their site-specific session, in addition to role-specific trainings and in-person trainings.

  • Digital Marketing, Blogging, & Social Media Interns, aka “Bloggers”

BRIDGE ONLINE WEBINARS – Role-Specific, Online

All team members complete the self-guided, online trainings hosted on the Bridge platform prior to the first day of camp.

IN-PERSON TRAINING – Bloggers

In-person trainings are held at Headfirst Headquarters.

May 30 – 8:30 am – 4:00 pm – Leadership Summit

June 3 – 10:00 am – 3:00 pm – Blogger In-office Training


IN-PERSON TRAINING – Customer Experience Coordinators, Operations & Extended Day Coordinators

* This includes the combined Customer Experience-Extended Day Coordinator (CX-PMX) role.

In-person trainings are held at Headfirst Headquarters.

May 30 – 8:30 am – 4:00 pm – Leadership Summit

June 3 – 10:00 am – 3:00 pm – CX In-office Training Day 1

June 4 – 10:00 am – 3:00 pm – CX In-office Training Day 2


NEW TEAM MEMBER TRAINING – Live on Zoom

First-year team members (all roles, all sites) are required to attend this training; it is optional for returning staff.
* Zoom links will be sent out via email in advance of each event.

June 1 – 6:00 – 8:00 pm EST


DAY IN THE LIFE TRAININGS – Required – Site Specific, In-Person

All team members are expected to be present for the Day in the Life training.

Day in the Life for Leadership: 7:30 am – 1:00 pm

Training sessions are MANDATORY and must be attended even if you are not scheduled to work the first week of camp.
