Our training dates are vital to your success this summer, so please mark your calendar accordingly. All team members should attend their site-specific session, in addition to role-specific trainings and in-person trainings.

BRIDGE ONLINE WEBINARS – Role-Specific, Online
All team members complete the self-guided, online trainings hosted on the Bridge platform prior to the first day of camp.
Available late May
VIRTUAL TRAININGS – Site Directors & Assistant Site Directors, Live on Zoom
* Zoom links will be sent out via email in advance of each event.
May 19-23 – 30 minutes – Site Director check-in calls
IN-PERSON TRAINING – All Leadership Team Members
Leadership Summit is held at Headfirst Headquarters.
May 30 – 8:30 am – 4:00 pm
NEW TEAM MEMBER TRAINING – Live on Zoom
First-year team members (all roles, all sites) are required to attend this training; it is optional for returning staff.
* Zoom links will be sent out via email in advance of each event.
June 1 – 6:00 – 8:00 pm EST
DAY IN THE LIFE TRAININGS – Required – Site Specific, In-Person
All team members are expected to be present for the Day in the Life training sessions.
Day in the Life for Leadership: 7:30 am – 1:00 pm

Training sessions are MANDATORY and must be attended even if you are not scheduled to work the first week of camp.
